Ingredients

  • 1½ounces pisco
  • 1ounce passion fruit purée
  • 1ounce orange juice
  • Orange twist

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add first three ingredients, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the twist.

Ok if you want something quick with few ingredients . But much more interesting with addition of 1/2 oz lime juice, 1/4 Allspice dram, 1/4 oz Amontillado sherry and even a spoonful of pineapple gum syrup if you have it on hand.
