Outstanding. The Luxardo really changes everything.

Personally a bit sweet for me — I cut down on the maraschino by half (1/4 oz). I might also try using a rye with a more robust flavor profile than Bulleit, which might have added to the sweetness.

Accidentally made it with bourbon the first time. Oops! Then made it with rye and tasted them side-by-side. A big and delicious difference. And a nice alternative to my favorite, the Martinez.
