Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Cut a thin slice off top and bottom of lime. Quarter lime and cut out pithy white core. Place lime quarters in a cocktail shaker, add sugar and mash with a muddler.

  2. Step 2

    Add 4 ice cubes and stir. Add wine and cachaça, shake and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
