Being Brazilian, I made this with great suspicion/resistance. It’s stunningly good and addictive. I now wait anxiously for Friday’s to drink this. I prefer to stay dry on week nights. This goes exceptionally well with inexpensive Argentinian Malbecs. Mind blowing really. There is no better outcome for a regular, inexpensive Malbec.

Being Brazilian, I was initially horrified by this. In Brazil, caipirinha = cachaça. NOT red wine. After months of hesitation I made this. It is amazing!!! Much better than I expected. I will be drinking this a lot!
