I drank this tonight in memory of my Grandmother (she would have been a spry 112 year old) who loved Benedictine and always made sure she had it in stock in her booze cabinet. It's sweet enough and needs a nice dry Champagne (or really, prosecco...) to balance the drink well.

Great sparkling wine cocktail! Love the addition of the orange bitters and the flavors it brings to the party in your mouth! Use Regans' Orange Bitters no. 6! It won't disappoint! Add a twist of orange peel to the glass. Cheers!
