Ingredients

Yield:1 drink
  • ½ounce lemon-lime syrup
  • 2ounces soju
  • Tonic water (I like Q Tonic for this, or Schweppes)
  • Lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Fill a highball glass with ice. Add syrup, then soju, then tonic to fill. Give the drink a gentle stir. Garnish with lemon peel.

I love a refreshing Soju cocktail in the summer. My only substitute was diet tonic water and it turned out delicious.
