Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
- 1raw, unblemished endive
- Blue-cheese dressing (see recipe)
- 1tablespoon coarsely chopped walnuts, preferably black walnuts
Preparation
- Step 1
Arrange the endive, sliced in half lengthwise, on an individual serving dish. Spoon about two tablespoons of blue-cheese dressing over the cut halves. Sprinkle the tops with one tablespoon of chopped walnuts.

I didn’t have endive, used arugula and butter lettuce instead. It was very good.
