Comments
Prefer scallion to red onion for a slightly milder flavor. Also add tomato.
I like to make a ‘caper’ sauce to pour over bagel /cream cheese / dill / salmon: Capers Small amount of caper brine from bottle 1 tablespoon olive oil Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon Chalula Capers Mix and pour over rest of sandwich.
Add three or more healthy dashes each of Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Use liberal amounts chopped scallions, chopped capers and dill
Substitute cream cheese for half of the Greek yogurt.
