  • 2tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2tablespoons chopped drained capers
  • 4tablespoons chopped cornichons or sour pickles
  • 3tablespoons finely chopped parsley
