- 1tablespoon sweet butter
- 1tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- 2sourdough rolls or slices of bread
Preparation
- Step 1
Melt butter and cheese.
- Step 2
Cut rolls in half and spread with mixture. Toast in toaster oven or broil in broiler until edges begin to brown.
