Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
- 1¼ounces gin
- 1ounce blanc or blanco vermouth
- ¾ounce manzanilla sherry
- 1dash orange bitters
- Lemon twist.
Preparation
- Step 1
Pour gin, vermouth, sherry and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly to chill. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and rub lemon oil from the twist over the rim of the glass.
