Preparation

    Put all the ingredients except the oil in a food processor and grind completely, but not too finely.

    Shape into 4 patties.

    Heat a heavy skillet, preferably one with a non-stick lining, until it is very hot. Grease lightly with oil, and saute burgers until they are crusty on both sides and medium done inside.
