Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Pour 1 ounce of the Campari and ½ ounce of the vermouth into each of two short cocktail glasses filled with ice.

    Top up with club soda and stir.

    Garnish each with a twist of lemon.

  • With a sharp potato peeler, shave a thin curl of skin off the lemon -- the point is to release the oil in the skin.
