Ingredients
Yield:1 cocktail
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1tablespoon pasteurized egg white
- 1teaspoon confectioners' sugar
- 2ounces Carneros Pear de Pear
- 1ounce triple sec
- 1dried pear slice, for garnish
Preparation
- Step 1
Put lemon juice, egg white and confectioners' sugar in cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake or stir vigorously.
- Step 2
Add pear liqueur and triple sec. Shake or stir until frothy on top. Pour into chilled martini glass, and float pear slice on top.
Tip
- Pasteurized egg whites are available in dairy sections at most groceries.
