Ingredients
Yield:3 large or 4 small servings
- ½pound lightly cooked snow peas
- ½pound red, yellow, green or purple pepper strips
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
- Step 1
Beat oil with vinegar and mustard in salad bowl.
- Step 2
Stir in snow peas and peppers until they are coated with dressing.
