Ingredients
- 2ounces (⅓ cup) crumbled Stilton cheese
- 2large egg yolks
- ½cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Place the Stilton and yolks in a food processor and pulse until combined. With the motor running, slowly add the oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Cauliflower Fritters and Cauliflower-and-White-Bean Brandade (see recipes).
