This is a maddening way to write this recipe. Are these volume or weight measurements? It makes more sense to list the peanut butter by weight, ie 16 oz = 1 lb, but everything else being liquid, it makes much more sense to list volume, ie 6 oz = 3/4 cup. If you’re measuring peanut butter by volume or honey by weight, you don’t get the same amounts as the opposite measurements. Are we to use 1 lb of peanut butter or 2 cups? 3/8 lbs of honey or 3/4 cups?

Thank you for the recipe! For about how long would this stay good in the fridge, do you think...?

Great sauce for chocolate ice cream. Used natural peanut butter so had to add more evaporated milk and water than called for. Also added some kosher salt. Delicious!!
