  • 2teaspoons finely minced, seeded hot chili, preferably habanero
  • 1cup fresh lime juice
  • ½cup rice vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼cup chopped cilantro leaves

Preparation

  1. Step 1
