Ingredients
Yield:2 cups
- 2cups plain whole milk yogurt
- 2garlic cloves, peeled and crushed or pushed through a garlic press
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
- Step 1
Place yogurt in cheesecloth or a muslin-lined strainer and drain over a bowl for 1 hour. Mix with garlic and salt to taste.
