Ingredients
Yield:About ¼ cup
- 1tablespoon cardamom seeds
- 1teaspoon whole black cumin seeds
- 1teaspoon whole cloves
- 1teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 2inches of a cinnamon stick
- ⅓whole nutmeg, grated
Preparation
- Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a spice mill and grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Use to season meat, fish, rice, potatoes or pasta or in any curry.
