Yield:3 servings
  • 1pint fresh raspberries
  • 4 to 6tablespoons sugar
  • 1 to 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3slices angel cake

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Wash raspberries, and drain. Place in food processor with 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and process. Adjust sugar and lemon juice as needed.

  2. Step 2

    Serve over slices of angel cake.
