Ingredients
Yield:12 to 15 servings
- 1pound fresh cranberries
- 3medium apples, unpeeled
- ½cup walnuts, chopped
- ½cup celery, sliced
- 2tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped (optional)
- 2teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 3tablespoons Cherry Heering
- ½cup sugar
Preparation
- Step 1
Coarsely chop cranberries and apples in food processor and transfer to a bowl.
- Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients with the fruit and refrigerate, covered, overnight or two days before serving.
