Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
- 10ounces new potatoes, about 6 golf-ball size
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 2tablespoons minced fresh dill
Preparation
- Step 1
Scrub potatoes; do not peel.
- Step 2
Cook in water to cover in covered pot until tender, but not soft, about 20 minutes. Drain; do not peel; cut in quarters.
- Step 3
Serve sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste and fresh dill.
