Ingredients
- 2pounds ground beef
- 2large onions, chopped
- 4cloves garlic, minced
- 6fresh ripe medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 112-ounce can tomato paste
Preparation
- Step 1
Brown beef in its own fat. Pour off most of drippings. Push meat aside; add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Divide mixture into two equal portions.
- Step 2
Serve with spaghetti squash.
