Ingredients
Yield:4½ cups
- 1large seedless cucumber, peeled and diced
- ½cup raisins
- 3cups yogurt
- ½cup sour cream (optional)
- ¼cup chopped scallions
- 1tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 3tablespoons chopped walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Step 2
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
