Ingredients
Yield:Enough for 6 ears of corn
- 7tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon-size pieces
- 2tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Put 6 tablespoons butter into a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Cook, uncovered, at 100 percent 20 seconds to soften. 2.Remove from oven. Beat in remaining ingredients, including remaining butter.
