Ingredients
Yield:4 servings
- 1pound 2 ounces tiny new potatoes
- 2 or 3tablespoons Chinese sesame oil
- Hot red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Scrub potatoes; do not peel. Cook in water to cover in covered pot until tender but still firm, from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size.
- Step 2
Drain and cut in thirds or quarters, depending on size. Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to mix well. Then sprinkle with hot pepper flakes, according to taste.
