Add anchovie to mix for Osso Buco

I browned the large shank mpieces in 2 batches. The fond starts to blacken after the first batch. I deglazed with the wine and saved the deglazed liquid. Then browned the second batch. Followed recipe except for 3 more cloves. Came out fantastic. Next time I will cook day before, like a stew, the flavors permeate after a day of marinating in the sauce.

Used 2 garlic cloves. Excellent.

This is an excellent addition to osso buco and beef stew.
