Ingredients
Yield:4 servings
- 8ears very fresh corn
- 3tablespoons unsalted butter
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut the kernels off the corn into a large bowl.
- Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the corn. Season with salt and plenty of pepper and cook for three minutes, stirring frequently with a wide spatula. Serve immediately.

What's not to like here? Last night I softened some onion in the butter prior to adding the corn. Fresh corn is always delicious!
