Ingredients
Yield:8 or more servings
- 2cucumbers, peeled and cut into ¼-inch cubes
- 1cup roasted chickpeas (daalia), coarsely crushed in blender or food processor
- 1teaspoon salt, if desired
- 5tablespoons lime juice
- 2tablespoons sugar
- 1cup coriander leaves
- 2small fresh hot green chilies, each about 2 inches long, trimmed and finely chopped
