Ingredients

Yield:Fourteen servings
  • 14brandy-snap cups (see recipe) (see note)
  • 6cups dessert mousse
  • 14tablespoons sweetened whipped cream
  • 14candied violets, pieces of candied ginger or another sweet garnish

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Place one brandy-snap cup on a dessert plate.

  2. Step 2

    Spoon half a cup or less of dessert mousse inside the cup, such as pumpkin, praline (see recipe) or orange juice with Grand Marnier (see recipe).

  3. Step 3

    Spoon one tablespoon of whipped cream on top and place one candied violet or other sweet garnish on top.

Tip
  • You may, of course, reduce the number of brandy-snap cups used, adjusting the remaining ingredients accordingly.
