Ingredients
Yield:Fourteen servings
- 14brandy-snap cups (see recipe) (see note)
- 6cups dessert mousse
- 14tablespoons sweetened whipped cream
- 14candied violets, pieces of candied ginger or another sweet garnish
Preparation
- Step 1
Place one brandy-snap cup on a dessert plate.
- Step 2
Spoon half a cup or less of dessert mousse inside the cup, such as pumpkin, praline (see recipe) or orange juice with Grand Marnier (see recipe).
- Step 3
Spoon one tablespoon of whipped cream on top and place one candied violet or other sweet garnish on top.
Tip
- You may, of course, reduce the number of brandy-snap cups used, adjusting the remaining ingredients accordingly.
