Ingredients
Yield:About ⅓ cup
- 12hot green or red peppers
- 3large cloves garlic, peeled
- ¼cup olive oil
- ⅛teaspoon ground cumin
- Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce to taste, optional
Preparation
- Step 1
Cut off stems of peppers. Cut away and discard veins and rest of stems. Chop peppers. There should be ½ cup.
- Step 2
Add peppers, garlic, oil and cumin to container of an electric blender. Blend at high speed to fine liquid. Add Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce to taste.
