Is this fresh anchovy or salt cured?

The kind you get in the jars that are salt and oil cured. I add capers and tarragon and lemon zest to this recipe and it's out of this world. Recipe as it stands is great too.

Used this over grilled asparagus - absolutely wonderful and a great side dish for the prime rib.
