Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Place potatoes in a pot, cover with water; add dill and salt. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  2. Step 2

    Drain potatoes, and discard dill sprigs. Place potatoes in a saucepan; add butter, chopped dill, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir gently to coat potatoes. Serve immediately.

So simple and delicious. I smooshed the potatoes after they were boiled but before I put them back in the pot with melted butter, and also I used chopped fresh dill instead of the dill that was boiled with the potatoes. This way more surface area and more dill. Will definitely make again.

I added a peeled and crushed clove of garlic to the water, but otherwise made exactly as directed. Delicious!
