  • 2scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼teaspoon dried basil
  • teaspoon pepper

  • ¼pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned, patted dry and sliced
  • 1pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1package (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1bunch watercress
